Another wonderful night from the Beavers. They just get better and better!
Great to see so many new faces. I think I was there for about an hour before I saw a face that I recognised come in the door. Hopefully all the new faces keep on coming to the gigs, as I saw so many new reunions.
Huge touch of sadness on the night as The Beavers lost one of their keenest supporters with the passing, last Friday, of Murray Goldie. Lovely tribute by the guys to mention Murray and also to play his most favourite number– Crossroads. We will all miss you “Muzza”. Thinking of you Pauline and all the family.
Special mention this time to the bar staff. They handle this night so well and there never seems to be a problem. Nice photos of the hard working crew. Thanks guys.
Rockstar Robbie excelled again and a couple of new songs thrown in which sounded great. But he always sounds great. Special night also as ” Birthday Boy ” seemed to excel on the drums. Happy birthday Steve, I think you are improving with age.
Once again I ask to please comment on the night. Let us know how good or bad the night was. Don’t forget The Beavers play on the first Friday night of each month at the Rowing club.
See you all at the next great gig!

Wow, with each write-up I kick myself harder and harder for not making it down from Brisneylandvegas. I’m pulling in favours and standing over people so that I can be at the next one guys! That’ll be July 2nd yeah?
I might have to join in the pants kicking if you don’t make the next gig !!!! Remember next gig Friday 6th August as the early July gig cancelled due to Charlie and Steve taking ” well earned breaks “. Their opinions not mine !! See you soon xoxoxo Dad.
